Woody Guthrie and Huntington's Chorea Keep Appearing in My Life and I am the Better for It.

I have had Huntington's Chorea on my mind and in my professional life.  It chews through a life like a drillbit through a piece of rotten wood.  Serendipitiously, Woody Guthrie, Huntington's most famous victim, 100th birthday is this year and the notice surrounding this milestone is meshing with the plight of the poverty stricken of today who are beginning to resemble those of Woody's depression era.   There are few people I admire more than Bill Moyers and this tribute to Woody and the work he accomplished before Huntington's took his mind is timely and as relevent today as it was in Woody's day.
